Viva Las disgusting Vegas
We went to Vegas as a mini vacay and hung out with my sister. We had fun taking the kids to the M&M factory, the Volcano, Pirate Show, Animal habitat and the Lion Show...
The TV makes Vegas look so glamorous and like it's the place to be. I find it disgusting.

Family reunion time.
A couple months ago we went to a family reunion in Cedar City. It was really fun to see all the family, eat good food, and play cards. I'm glad that we have The Husband's family to do this with. I didn't grow up with cousins and wasn't able to go to family reunions. I'm glad there we're pretty close and for the most part, we all can get along. I even went on a 75 mile hike, in which I almost died. ;)
The hike that almost killed me.
Finally, I get to love Christmas.
I have been incredibly blessed to have couponing and to be able to finally afford a nice Christmas for my kids. We used to be so stressed out and didn't know how we were going to be able to afford Christmas. Even the little things like socks and undies. I'm also blessed to be able to donate things from my stockpile to my kids school. They in turn, donate to the exact same food banks who helped me as a child.
I'm chomping at the bit, waiting until the right time to bring out the Christmas Decor. The tree is definitely going up next weekend and I can't wait! I was able to get a few items last year on clearance that I'm really excited to pull out this year.
This is what I'm able to donate this year!

Today, I appreciate my husband because...
He's a great father figure to our kids. He shows them to have respect for others and to have respect for themselves. He works so hard for our family and we appreciate him so much!

I appreciate my husband because...
So, my friend invited me to this "event" on Facebook and starting on September 1st, we as wives are to only say nice things to our husbands and about our husbands, to him and everyone. No talking bad about him.
Normally I think these fb events are so stupid but I've decided to do this one because he deserves to be recongnized! I love him alot, and it's the least I can do for him!

Buh-bye summer!
I don't know about you but the summer went by so fast for me! The twins started first grade on Tuesday! I can't believe we have 1st graders! They are loving it so far and making new friends. They have some friends from Kindergarten in their class which is nice. My baby is getting so smart and so big! And I'm not just saying that! She has always been really smart, but the older she gets the more she amazes me!!
The kids stayed really busy this summer. They played outside alot, made new friends, played with old friends and are in Tae Kwon Do. Their dad's cousin taught Ryan to swim in one day! We were at 7 Peaks and he just kept on encouraging him and Ta-Da... He knows how to swim! He saved us at least $30! haha Ariana is still really scared and not willing to really try... Ah well, there's always next year. The baby has been going into the Nursery in church. She love, love, loves it!! She loves babies which is super cute because she is still so small herself and she always wants to hold the babies. She's the baby here and is always being told what to do so church is her outlet! haha She is always telling the kids "no,no" while shaking her pointer finger. Don't get me wrong, she is the most sweetest baby ever! She seems to be growing all of her teeth at once, litterally, and is still so cool, she is thee best baby ever! I like to watch her through the window sitting there on her chair and sing the songs and doing the hand motions.
The husband got a promotion at work and I am so proud of him! It's nice to finally have him recognized at work for his hard work. He works harder than anyone I know, so I am glad they recognize that. I am so lucky to have him as a husband, I really lucked out. He takes care of us and loves us so much. I love him and can't wait to see what the next hundred :) years of marriage will bring us.

Highland Splash Pad
It's free, and the kids love it! It's hot as hell, but we finally bought an umbrella and chairs so that might make it more manageable.
